Yes. There are a few USB serial port devices that occupy com ports that Indigo does not auto-detect. We have enabled a manual configuration option that allows you to override the auto port detection behavior of Indigo and manually specify which com ports to make visible in Indigo. This manual configuration option can be found in the Program Preferences under the Com Port tab.
