I have placed an order but have not received my software license.

All online orders placed with shadeBlue are processed via out automated order fulfillment system.  After your payment has been confirmed the order fulfillment system will automatically generate an email with all the licensing information required to fully register your shadeBlue software product.  Typically with credit card or PayPal payment you should receive the licensing email from shadeBlue within 30 minutes of you purchase.  

If you have not received the licensing email from shadeBlue after 2 hours, please check your junk mail folder to make sure the email did not get tagged as junk mail and filtered from your inbox.   

If you have not received the order confirmation email, then please contact us with your order number and method of payment and we will investigate the problem and get the information to you as soon as possible.
